*For GUC, applicants who have completed their applications with TAO’s status shown as "Application completed" are eligible for screening.

The application period for the UTokyo GUC 2025 has closed at 16:00 on Friday, March 14th.
We greatly appreciate the large number of applications we have received from all of you!

Please be aware that the screening process for all applications will commence collectively on our end after the application deadline, independent of TAO, based on the information provided via TAO.

It is normal for the status on TAO to continue displaying "Application completed" during this period, so there is no need to worry!

As the application deadline approaches, please carefully double-check "STEP 4" in the "Application" section on the GUC website.

Ensure that your application status on TAO moves from the page displaying the "Incomplete" tag to the page displaying the "Completed" tag under "My Applications" in the "Applications" category.
Only students with a "Completed" status will be considered for screening.

Please note that
- Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Once your application is submitted, no modifications can be made, including resubmitting required documents or changing course preferences.
- Applications or documents submitted via other methods (e.g., email) will also not be accepted under any circumstances.
The GUC office does not reply to such requests.
