This date has been decided with universities using TAO in order to minimize the impact to all TAO users.

After 9/28 (Thu), the system will be updated so that users who are using full-width spaces in the field and have written up to the character limit will be able to save as usual.
All universities using TAO are also notified of this error and the update schedule.
