In this department, students study Japanese bookkeeping and accounting.
It is a two-year course.
There are no classes on Japanese language or culture.
In this course, classes are conducted in Japanese, as students take classes together with other students who have graduated from Japanese high schools.
This department is designed for liberal arts students.
The students learn bookkeeping from the basics and are trained to be ready-to-work accountants who can grasp the management of an entire company, analyze sales and management, and raise funds.
The students can transfer to the Faculty of Economics or the Faculty of Commerce in their third year of university, or aim for employment at accounting firms.
