About postal documents

It is a document that needs to be physically mailed to the school without going through TAO. When you have submitted your documents, please change the status to "Mailed". You can set the status of the postal document to "Mailed".

If you want to check if your school has received your postal document, please check the "Receive status" field. When the school receives the postal document, the receive status will be updated, and the date and time of the receipt will be displayed.

The status cannot be changed after it has been set as "Mailed". Please contact the school if necessary.
