Please check all your email folders, as our emails may go into your junk folder.
Also, if you are using a cell phone email address, there is a possibility that the email you sent may have been automatically rejected by the carrier's spam filter function.

If you are using your school-provided email address, the school may have restrictions on receiving emails.

3 I want to change my email address.
⚪️Are you already registered as a member?
You can change the email address of your account as follows:
- Log in with the account of which you want to change the email address.
- Open the menu in the upper-right corner of the screen and open "Account Settings".
- Click "Modify" next to "Email Address" to open the Edit page.
- Enter the new email address you want to use and click "Change" to automatically send an authentication email.
- Open the received email and click the link in the body to complete the change.
If you are unable to log in, you will not be able to change your email address.
If you have forgotten your password, please refer to (link for resetting password) to reset it.
4 I forgot my password.
Please access the login screen and click "I forgot my password".
You will receive an email at the address of your registered account to reset your password.
Click the link in the body of the email to open the password resetting screen. Set a new password to complete the process.
5 What is a confirmation email?
It is an email titled "Account Activation URL" that is automatically sent when you register as a member.
If the URL expires, you can resend the email.
6 What is Feelnote ID?
It is an account linking service for cloud services, such as Feelnote provided by SAMADHI Co., Ltd.
With Feelnote ID, you can log in to various linked services with a single account. This also makes data integration functions available.
You can easily start using the service by simply registering your email address, name, gender, and date of birth.
