⚪️Have you activated your account via the email "Account Activation URL" we sent to you after you registered as a member?

If the activation is not completed, you will not be able to log in.

The source address of the automated email is no-reply@admissions-office.net .

Please check all your email folders, as our emails may go into your junk folder.

Also, if you are using a cell phone email address, there is a possibility that the email you sent may have been automatically rejected by the carrier's spam filter function.

Please add no-reply@admissions-office.net or the admissions-office.net domain to your Safe Senders List to receive our messages.

Please refer to the "Settings for each mobile carrier" page for the settings. (This re-directs to an external site.)

If you are using your school-provided email address, the school may have restrictions on receiving emails.
In such cases, the school will need to add the domain name to their Safe Senders List.

⚪️Are you already registered as a member?

You can change the email address of your account as follows:

  1. Log in with the account of which you want to change the email address.
  2. Open the menu in the upper-right corner of the screen and open "Account Settings".
  3. Click "Modify" next to "Email Address" to open the Edit page.
  4. Enter the new email address you want to use and click "Change" to automatically send an authentication email.
  5. Open the received email and click the link in the body to complete the change.

*Notes
If you are unable to log in, you will not be able to change your email address.
If you have forgotten your password, please refer to (link for resetting password) to reset it.

Please access the login screen and click "I forgot my password".
You will receive an email at the address of your registered account to reset your password.

Click the link in the body of the email to open the password resetting screen. Set a new password to complete the process.

It is an email titled "Account Activation URL" that is automatically sent when you register as a member.
If the URL expires, you can resend the email.

It is an account linking service for cloud services, such as Feelnote provided by SAMADHI Co., Ltd.

With Feelnote ID, you can log in to various linked services with a single account. This also makes data integration functions available.
You can easily start using the service by simply registering your email address, name, gender, and date of birth.
