This update is scheduled to go into effect on or after July 17, 2023.

Before Update:
Users are able to filter their messages by "All Messages""Incoming Messages""Outgoing Messages" from the pull-down menu
After Update:
All messages will be shown by default, and the pull-down will not be displayed.
After this update comes to effect, users will be able to find all filtering functions at the top of the "Messages" page.
If necessary, please use the "status" filter which can be found at the top right corner of the page.
We will notify users again once the update is completed.
